Why does the message "Payment request failed" appear during the withdrawal request?
The message is displayed if the account is not fully verified yet or the test mode is activated on the account.
Withdrawal of funds is possible after going through the full verification of Tpay.com account. Please check whether the required documents have been attached to the Merchant Panel and accepted.
You can change the settings of the test mode in the Merchant Panel: Menu> Settings> test mode.
