During making a refund by API for an account in test mode I get ERR99 and result 0.

Unfortunately making a test refund for a test transaction is not possible currently. For test this functionality, please make a refund for a real payment. Of course, the transaction could be generated on a low amount.  Is possible to refund a part of amount or all transaction amount.
