Please check whether the parameter responsible for providing your e-mail address is required from Customers on your website.
When choosing a service, customers go to the Transaction Panel and choose a fast Blik payment, which appears in front of all banking channels and does not require customer data.
Therefore, in order to avoid such situations, we suggest you add a parameter in the integration of your shop that requires an e-mail from the customer, then the customer will not be redirected to the panel until he has entered his e-mail address.
