Can I decide if accept payment or not?

If you would like to decide about acceptance of the transaction, we can put your merchant account into two-step payment acceptance.
In this mode, our system sends 2 notifications to merchant endpoint, where the first one can be responded with a TRUE or FALSE message (if you want to accept or decline payment).
