I have got an active PayPal account, but I can not connect it to Tpay.com
Please make sure that your PayPal account type is a company account because only those types can accept PayPal payments through the API and full integration. You can check the type of account after logging in to your PayPal account at settings tab.
Another reason may also be an active PayPal account but not yet verified.
