I have made underpayment at Tpay.com - why did the Merchant not record my payment?

If you made paid a smaller amount of money, our system detected an incorrect execution of the transaction and there was sent an email informing you of the incorrect payment. The payment has been automatically made available to the Merchant, who can accept it or send it back.
